The Pig Roast

Grilling guysThe CBES Pig Roast began in 1989 as a way to say “thank you” to all the volunteers who had worked so hard to establish the CBES organization and to public officials who were working hard to plan the future of the community. Today it is a fund-raising event for the organization and hosts hundreds of people including dozens of families and children. It continues to feature smoked barbeque, baked beans and all the trimmings, plus hayrides, music, displays of antique farm equipment, and swarms of children hoping for a hayride or playing games.
