7:00 PM – Annual Meeting, short business
session followed by the program
featuring noted author Tom Horton.

8:15 PM – Reception following the meeting with coffee,
soft drinks and desserts by Michael Flanagan of Cape Charles.
Meet Mr. Horton and have your book signed!

There is no charge for the Annual Meeting or the Reception.
Both are free and open to the public. You do not have to
be a member of CBES to attend.
